  Wonderful experience here, Hunter is a great guy and helped my mom with recommending work for her car. She felt as tho he was actually there to help/ look out for her, and not to just over sell work. I’d suggest if you’re looking for a safe place to send your wife, daughter, mom that won’t try to scam…. Go here and deal with Hunter!!

  I can't say enough amazing things about the service and the people at this Mavis location. My husband went there with an issue that was not caused by them. Rather than turning him away, Chris went above and beyond to try and help him correct the problem and did just that the very next day. I feel that too often we highlight our bad experiences without properly acknowledging when people go above and beyond. Thank you Chris! You're a rockstar!

  I had an outstanding experience at this Mavis location! Even though there were only three people working, they were incredibly fast and efficient. I had a lot of work done, five new tires including a brand new spare, both CV axles replaced, and a full alignment, and they had me in and out in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Hunter was great and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what was being done. This is not the first time I have used this Mavis, and it certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend!

  I brought my car to Mavis after noticing a screw in one of my tires. On my first visit, I waited nearly an hour just for them to look at the car. After inspecting it, they told me the screw was in the sidewall and that the tire could not be patched, so it would need to be replaced. When I came back a second time to have the tire replaced, I waited over an hour again before they even pulled my car into the bay. I was then told they had ordered the wrong tire. They said they had another tire in stock that they could use and that they could match the price. When I asked them to confirm they were replacing the correct tire, since I had been told previously which tire needed to be replaced, the explanation changed. At that point, I was told the tire didn’t actually need to be replaced because it wasn’t losing air and they could simply remove the screw. If the screw simply had to be removed, there was no reason for two visits, long wait times, or being told initially that the tire was unsafe and required replacement. Between the excessive wait times on two separate visits, ordering the wrong tire, and completely conflicting information about a safety issue, this was a huge waste of my time. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, and it did not feel like there was any real level of management or oversight at this location. I have no confidence in their inspections or recommendations and would not trust this location for tire or safety-related work.
