- KRKarina Rosa6 days ago1.0Im really disappointed that I have to write this because the gentleman I encountered at the desk was extremely nice. However I brought my car in to the shop knowing 100% I needed to have my breaks done. They changed the breaks and rotors great. They told me the two front tires needed to be changed. The price I was quoted I could not do it in that very moment so I said i would bring it back. He said they would change it to the back tires like rotate the tires around because if they blew at least it wouldn't be on my steering tires. Great again. I told them I wouldn't be driving the car until Tuesday morning anyway because my mother is out of town that id use her car. I live just down the street. He said that i may hear a popping noise because my tire rod ends needed to be changed. Which i thought was strange because prior to getting my breaks done. I hadn't been told by the previous mechanic at a different place that needed to be done and the car wasnt making a popping sound before i brought it in. Low in behold when i get in my car this morning this car is not driveable and needs to be towed somewhere because of how bad its shaking and making that “popping” sound. Again I want to make it very clear that none if these issues arose until after they touched the car. Im bringing it elsewhere to get another opinion about what was done to my car if it was intentionally done or not. As a female id be very cautious bringing your car here and just let a man do it for you.

They got my car in immediately and were able to save my brand new tire from needing to be replaced. They were fast, friendly and the waiting room was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend for all your tire needs!
- JVJon VieraNov 12, 20255.0Want to give a huge thank you to the guys at Mavis at 2625 world reach. My wife realized the tire was low and I arrived at Mavis 4 minutes before they were closing . They could have sent me away but Hunter and the rest of the crew were nice enough to swap my spare and keep the flat to assess the damage and allow me to still make it to work tomorrow. Great customer service. Recommend everyone to use these guys.

Would definitely recommend going to him again without a doubt. As a women I know still in this day and age we are sometimes taken advantage of but this was a very pleasant experience. They were very busy. I expected to get turned away again. I explained I was working out of town this week and needed the tire fixed. They agreed to work me in even though I had not been there before. It was much appreciated. I would recommend these guys. I will go there in the future for all my tires.
