  I took my car there to have my check engine light cleared and was charged $30 plus tax and was told no codes were showing. I feel like I was ripped off because I was told this wasn’t typical for no codes to show up and I was still charged $30. This is not good customer service.

  John the new manager is a lot of help. I was lead to believe an issue was caused by this location from a previous oil change but John showed me everything was done correctly and took good care of me. Looks like they hired a good one here.

  I have been taking my car to Jiffy Lube for years for service and the staff is always professional. This time was different. I took my Honda Civic to get the oil changed.Makhi told me my power steering pump was broken and the importance of getting it fixed. It is rare to find this level of expertise and clear communication. He told me he would order a new pump and I could come back and get it replaced. He quoted me a price and the time required to do the work . He did the work in the time quoted and I left feeling comfortable, knowing my car was fixed. Makhi is a great manager a hard worker and an asset to the Jiffy Lube company Thank you Jiffy Lube for employing professional caring knowledgeable people like Makhi I will be a Jiffy Lube customer for life and recommend your services to everyone i know

  The mechanic at this location was about to leave for the day when I arrived however he did stay for thermostat repair. An hour into the repair I was outside and heard him swearing loudly. I realized this was not a good sign & mentioned to Dylan who had returned from lunch. Another part was needed and had to be ordered and it was not going to arrive the same day. Mechanic leaves. I had to uber back home 20miles away. The next day the nechsnic was on the phone when I called and quoted me $500 more than I initially expected $690. I was quoted a pricing for each part & it would have been $220 the coolant flushing which was not clear & expectation for me was $100-150 before labor costs & another part (thermostats housing) which was ordered & defective. You can imagine my shock as I was already behind a day in my schedule for the week and the mechanic was arguing with me that I had not listen to him but the other guy. I imagined an increase but that increase was extreme. I had to borrow more $ so I could get to my interview without my car overheating. I was able to pick up the car later that day & was given a final price of $540 still another $300 more than anticipated. I don’t have receipt in front of me to give exact price. In cases like this photos would have been great especially if the other part on my car was broken before or after a mechanic is throwing a tantrum while working on the car. I also did offer to bring the car the next day since the mechanic told me he was leaving only to argue with me on the phone that he stayed to work on my car. Completely unprofessional child tantrum & was awful to be mansplained after in shock of a $500 difference. Dylan was way more professional & honestly it felt as if there was a power struggle with mechanic or mechanic was instantly trying to increase price because he was leaving for the day. Who had the nerve to wave bye at me (when he left) as I was trying to figure out how I was getting home.
