The Assistant Manager - Masud Hashim - proceeded to take care of all my needs in regard to my new purchase of tires and I can't be more pleased!! He has made this second tire purchase a pleasant and easy process!! Soooo happy!!

One of the techs informed me they could not do the transmission fluid due to the transmission gasket leaking. I took my car to a reputable shop where (after a $100 inspection fee) they told me there was absolutely no leaking or signs of leaking of any fluid underneath the vehicle and weren't sure why Valvoline would tell me this. I've always had good visits here but this was a huge turnoff.

They also found a bolt in my tire and repaired it at no charge, as it was under our impression that the bolt had gone into my tire in the parking lot. Great place and great people. Will be returning!
