  I purchased a used car (Nissan) in March. The car had a cosmetic issue that I asked to be addressed, which was noted on my (purchase)paperwork to be "fixed". I was promised that the service department had been notified and it would be looked at and handled. Finally, an appointment was made to look at the issue to see what part was needed. When I brought the car to service for my "appointment", I was told that they could not get the part and I would need to go to a Nissan dealer. For over 2 weeks, I left many messages, spoke with multiple people and even talked with the service manager, "Hunter". I was even told that if I went to a Nissan dealer, McCoy would pay the Nissan dealer to have it repaired, but McCoy would have to set up an appointment with a Nissan dealer. I was told "McCoy would "make it right" and "we got you". Quoting the "service manager". Still waiting. No calls, no nothing. It's not worth the run around I kept getting. Even with multiple calls and promises of taking it to Nissan and McCoy would pay for it, no one ever reached out to resolve the issue. Just got swept under the rug and "forgotten". To this day, nothing has been done and I am very disappointed in the promises made and not kept. The sale of the car was fine, but the "promises" to make things right are a joke!
