  I will never rent from this location again. We arrived with a reservation and was told that our reservation was canceled (we obviously did not cancel it). There were three women at the desk. The one who told us it was canceled couldn’t explain why. So although we were unhappy about this, we figured we would just book another one. All of a sudden, she told us she didn’t like our attitude (we were a little upset at the whole situation but not at her & we were not rude to her like she was to us). When we asked to speak with the manager, she told me that she was the manager. I actually have a picture of her, but don’t think I should post it on here and unfortunately, do not have her name. After being cursed at we decided to get an Uber and are still in disbelief at the whole situation. This so-called “manager” was the rudest person I’ve ever met. She definitely should not be working in customer service!
