When our reserved car wasn’t available right away, they couldn’t have been more courteous, attentive, and genuinely concerned. (The vehicle wasn’t available, as the previous renter didn’t return it on time. Clearly not a fault ofAlamo/Enterprise.) They kept us updated, handled everything quickly, and even went the extra mile by delivering our reserved car right to our doorstep. It was a completely different experience than we’ve had with other companies. Because of the way Alexis and her team treated us, we’ve already been telling friends and family about them—and we’ll definitely be using them for all our future trips to Hilton Head!
