I took my Mom's car to this location and the manager [Jay] refused to replace her battery (his personal policy & not the company's). Jay said that this location does NOT replace batteries in vehicles years 2017+, but their web site mentions nothing of this. He also mentioned that in order to test the battery, i'd have to turn the car off and it would be up to me whether or not I wanted to do that and risk not being able to restart the car… He didn't even want to give me a boost! My 85-year old Mom and I in were in the hot sun and Jay said he couldn't jump it cause he was the only person in the store, but we were parked right at the door, then his coworker [Roman] arrived. Jay said if Roman "wants" to do it, he can. Roman was very kind and helped my Mom and I by jumping the car. We finally made it to Autozone/got new battery replaced w no problems!!! Shout out to AutoZone [Frank was the absolute sweetest]!!! I plan to elevate this issue further.
