  Car was ready and clean. They could not pick us up so they reimbursed us for the Uber rides staff was friendly and helpful.

  I was involved in an accident while vacationing in Hilton Head. A person hit my parked car overnight and I woke up to a smashed car the next day. Their insurance company provided me with a car from Enterprise which was located in the Airport. I was greeted by Alexis Turner and she helped me with the paperwork and listened to my story. She as able to get my wife and I a vehicle but told me if a more suitable car becomes available that she would let me know. After about a few days had gone by she called. Mr Thomas I have the right car for you. At that point I was asking myself why would she even care. Then I quickly realized that she had listened to my story and made sure that I was compensated with the right vehicle involved in the accident. She handled everything and all I had to do was trade in my current vehicle with the new one. What a relief. I was able to conduct my business while in town with a proper vehicle for my needs. She made sure of it. So thank you Enterprise and especially Alexis Turner and her team because you made me a customer in the future. I will pass along this story to my friends and family.

  I will always rent from Enterprise on Hilton Head Island after my recent experience. The people in the office at Enterprise were accommodating, pleasant to work with and took time to answer my questions. Thank you!
