Stephanie at the front desk looked at it and brought out a compound and started gently treating the area. Unbelievably, she showed me how it was just a paint buildup of house paint on the bumper, and not a major scrape. Stephanie quickly made the bumper look as good as it was yesterday. I am super impressed and ecstatic that we can continue with our plan to pass our 6 year old car on to our daughter for Thanksgiving! So happy! Same day (morning) service! Come to Joe’s!
