The woman I spoke to at Autozone on January 14th, 2026 said she could scan the codes and look up what they mean. I arrived at Autozone and she did everything quickly and was very friendly. The results said I could drive it further without damage but should listed what needs to be replaced and what needs to be done. I didn’t have time on vacation to address the items that day but will definitely buy the parts from Autozone. I highly recommend this Autozone location.

(I was that customer who “needed” more than I asked, but he remained calm and professional). Everybody has different encounters, but I believe he deserves a RAISE.
- BBBetsy BNov 8, 20255.0I cannot say enough amazing things about this store and in particular, BRANDI! She is absolutely incredible! I called ahead of time and over the phone she knew and explained everything. When I got there she was answering phones, helping customers, both in the store and the parking lot, pulling stock and doing anything else that was needed. She was the only person that I saw working there that day and she was doing everything with a smile. I hesitantly asked if there was someone who could install my battery and she said she would when she found an extra minute. I don't think I waited 10 minutes and she was working a socket wrench like no other! She had my new battery in so quickly and was back to help others. AutoZone is SO LUCKY to have such a capable employee! I hope that they realize what a gem Brandi is. I'm so grateful for how easy my purchase was and I'll definitely head to AutoZone first when needed!
