  I don’t know how else to say it—this shop consistently proves they are not capable of doing basic, competent work. I gave them multiple chances to make things right, and every single time they failed. I had to bring my truck back five times, and it was still never repaired correctly. At that point, it’s clear the issue isn’t bad luck—it’s a lack of skill and attention across the board. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop just to have the job finished properly. What really stands out is the level of carelessness—they sanded and painted the truck with the windows down and windshield removed, leaving paint dust and debris throughout the entire interior. Instead of fixing their mistake, I was told to handle it myself. That’s not a one off error. That’s a complete breakdown in process, judgment, and accountability. If you’re expecting professional work, you won’t find it here. You’re taking a gamble with your vehicle, and based on my experience, it’s not one worth taking. There are far better options, choose one of them.

I should clean it myself. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. This isn’t just poor workmanship—it’s carelessness, lack of standards, and no respect for the customer or their property. If you value your vehicle at all, do not bring it here. You’re likely to leave with more problems than you came with. Take your business somewhere else.

  Always use JHCC. Communication and update are what stands out above others. Service and repair is above others.

  The repair was good. However I had to call them about status and until the repair was completed, they did not contact me. So an “A” for the repair and a “D” for communication with the customer.
