She said I had to have the app. I have never been at a QT where you couldn't enter your number through the pad. That and she was rude when I questioned her.

We were charged 3.69 for 40oz soda refill! Store personnel insisted their register was correct and we were wrong. It's hard to argue posted signage vs charged amount with manager who was not interested.
