  Went in store today to get items and add gas on self pay. Wrong thing to do . No receipt. Asked clerk behind counter and she got another lady involved as she’ appeared to not know how to handle all the heavy traffic and put a receipt in. Another lady comes from back and tries to put her store id to help me and then she says “It must be out of receipt paper” but appears to want to help and says she ll print me out one and needs me to say let 4 digits iof credit card used , and bring iteceiot out to my car as she is dumbfounded on what to do. I say okay. I go out to my car and it appears that transaction issues have messed up my Gas ability at the pump. I wait for lady to come out for several min and no Lady. So I Go back in and ask for my receipt as lady not around who said would come to my car. Now another lady comes rapidly from back I’d store rude as hell to tell me to go to my car . I told her my pump I just put in doesn’t work and she says to go back and put it down well I didn’t I we u back and pushed handle of gas and it started. I didn’t need to take the nozzle out as it started working . So all the fuss was the miscommunication and ineptness of them. Afterward, I went back in store as no receipt in my hands after asking for it 10 min prior and no the lady didn’t come out to bring it to me. I met up with her after she had to figure it out from back of store. In the meantime the lady with ponytail and glasses that charged to the front met another fourth lady by me who said, “ I put the receipts in yesterday as she met this person’seyes —-to cover herself. The ponytail lady with glasses went to the back to vent to a customer “I m in a Mood’!! Excuse me, Unptofessuonal Lady!!! Lady with ponytail and glasses First practice great customer service by not marching out rapidly in Attack mode at a nice, innocent customer wanting a receipt and gas pump to start. Second, unprofessional to vent your frustration to a customer at the drink machines with audible disrespect to me! Third . You ought to go find a diff job as you don’t know how to give the best customer service in a place that is known for greeting and helping others. It doesn’t take 4 staff to screw with a customer while she waits for her receipt by your registers multiple times times today. It’s early get out of your mood by leaving that job and find something that satisfies your mentality and maybe you need to take a chill pill and act a Human With Kindness..   Reviews are iffy but I pulled over here for a rest from being on the interstate and it's a decent parking lot to rest without worry for a couple hours

  What a waste of time 6 o’clock in the morning I walk in to grab a couple of coffees after paying for parking overnight get two breakfast sandwiches go to the cash register to pay for my things since I have two free coffees on my rewards the guy that’s there points to the kiosk refuses to take us on the cash register because he’s lazy and doesn’t wanna work cash register does not take the free coffees so there went that then I get in the truck open the sandwiches and the eggs are completely wrong in the sandwich. Complete laziness don’t do anything but sit there all night. I can’t wait till it’s kiosk only and they don’t have a job let’s see what they’re gonna do. Good luck people.

  No entiendo que un truck stop para camioneros hallan 2 lavadoras nada más, y para rentar 1 está rota y 2 secadoras rotas también cuando deberían hacer la misma cantidad de lavadoras que de secadoras 🤪 en un lugar donde nosotros los camioneros lavamos nuestra ropa gracias
