  It is truly a masterclass in management to maintain 24-hour operations for Taco Bell and Subway—a visionary strategy ensuring that when you inevitably fail the basic logistical task of stocking a single breakfast item in the store hot cases, patrons can still enjoy the consolation of a 3am Chalupa. Equally impressive is your avant-garde approach to site flow; by meticulously clearing bobtails from the front during an FMCSA declared national parking crisis only to permit a car carrier to effectively barricade two spots behind other bobtail trucks—simply because you are too incompetent to prevent trucks from parking behind the main row—you have achieved a level of organized dysfunction that most businesses couldn't reach if they actually tried.

  On March 6, 2026 my fiance made a Doordash order from Pilot for a couple of burgers, a chicken sandwich and two sodas. I believe he made the order between 5-6 p.m, it wasn't prepared and ready for a dasher until 9:30 p.m... the order was then picked up by a dasher after 11:00 p.m!! Yes, this was a long process for such a small order but we waited patiently! Once the order came I unwrapped my order of wedges and after eating three wedges I bit down on something very hard and solid! It looked like a piece of rock or concrete! I was very grateful that I didn't hurt my teeth, swallow it or worse. I stopped eating and started calling the restaurant to tell the manager( Antonio on 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:00am) He admitted to being the person that cooked the wedges from our order and claimed there was definitely not a rock in the food. Mr. Antonio went on to say that the piece of rock or whatever it was may have come from the dasher instead. The wedges were wrapped in a small tray so I don't know how the rock got in the tray of wedges. I will not be ordering anything from Pilot in Hardeeville. In this review are pictures of the wedges and the rock or piece of concrete that was found in my food. If Pilot food was your favorite place, choose another place to be your favorite because they serve ROCKS OR CONCRETE HERE!! SMH

  El Subway es un asco, el servicio pésimo la nena que tenían hoy 1 marzo 2026 hacia ruido con la nariz y no hacía un buen servicio y la higiene ni se diga.

  I just got a Coca-Cola slushi and it smelled like STRAIGHT SEWAGE and rotten eggs 🤢🤮 I had to have my fiance take it back in and complain!!

  One of the nicer Pilots I’ve visited. They only got 4 stars because the restroom needed a little help. That’s kind of unfair though because all the staff was busy working. I’m sure they would have gotten around to it. Overall, pretty descent establishment.
