  About a 1/2 hour wait to pick up a car here as the cars weren't ready, then had to wait in line to check out.

  I had a very specific car I needed, which I reserved 1 month in advance. Yet I show up to find out that "all the cars are sold out"? How can I not be prioritized that far out? My guess is that their greed caused them to assume my delayed flight wasn't coming and they could rent from under me. Business travelers avoid. This place cannot be relied on, and will not respect your time.

  I left my cell phone in my rental car last Sunday at GSP and have 10 phone calls into customer service about retrieving my cell phone. Customer Service claims that no one from GSP National Car Service is receiving or acknowledging the messages. Beyond frustrated with this branch and their customer service.

  The staff at the Greenville facility are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate the upgraded facilities at GSP and the addition of the emerald aisle at this location.

  On my recent rental, National did little to help with a flat tire that their vehicle had. When i left the tire was reading lower than the others, but didn’t think it was an issue. The issue wasn’t addressed by national and will rent from a different brand going forward.
