  Good customer service, however, when I got to the rental car I was assigned to had a bad skunk smell when I opened the door and saw burn marks on the driver side seat and the back passenger side seat. The cloth on the seats were ver dirty and stained. The car also needed an oil change and serviced. I did not have time to wait and get another car as there was only one employee available to service customers and was a very long line so I just had to keep what I had. Thee vehicle drove well, but the smell was horrible every time I got into the car to drive it.

  LaLa was beyond EXCELLENT!!! Her customer service was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and pleased with my reservation and vehicle. She’s absolutely phenomenal!!! She’s absolutely the face, the voice and personality All companies need when it comes to customer service. This lady is beyond great and honestly great as an understatement when it comes to LaLa. She was such a blessing during our short incarceration. Thank you so much Lala, you and your teammates that were with you when I came in just before you all closed to secure my reservation. May God bless you and the entire staff at GSP Enterprise.

  Extremely easy to rent and drop off. The car was so nice I ended up getting a new car after I dropped the rental car off. LOL

  Sent to Enterprise through their "after rental feed back request" using their "copy to clipboard" button. First company I've seen do this. You are getting exactly what I sent to Enterprise. // - I extended my 1 week rental twice (for a total of about 28 days) with great ease and no complications using the Enterprise iOs app. Well Done!!! - Check-in was almost a delight with the friendly and efficient "reception" agent. Fast, efficient, friendly. - I see you have a button below to "copy comment to clipboard." You are the first company I have encountered that offers this. Thank you! Well done! - [not your doing] With a painful foot, the walk from vehicle turn-in to the TSA screening point was a bear.
