- YIYazid IsDec 4, 20251.0Ethan Q showed very unprofessional behavior and needs to do better. I visited the QT gas station today and was standing at the middle register waiting to check out while the trainee was helping another customer who was taking a long time with lottery tickets. Ethan came over and opened the second register, so I walked toward him to be checked out. Instead of helping me, he refused and took the woman who was standing behind me. When he finished with her, I tried again to check out, and he refused a second time. I asked him why he couldn’t just ring me up so I could leave, and he still wouldn’t help. I told him I shouldn’t have to keep waiting like that and that I was simply trying to go. Only then did he decide to check me out, and he did it while giving me a rude look, as if I had done something wrong. He has been a QT employee since 2021, so he should know how to treat customers with respect and provide a quick, smooth experience. If he treated me this way, he’s likely doing the same to others. Someone needs to speak with him about his behavior.
