    I’ve been renting from this location for almost two years without any issues, but my experience on 12/29/2025 was extremely disappointing. As a National Executive Elite member, the policy clearly states that Executive members can choose any vehicle from the Executive aisle. However, when I attempted to do so, I was told I could only pick certain vehicles and would be charged extra for others. When I politely referenced the company’s stated policy, the representative at the counter, Craig (who refused to provide his last name), dismissed me rudely and said, “It’s not gonna change my answer.” When I asked for his last name, he further stated, “The first name is official and it’s enough for me to know that and handed a manager's card” This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how an Executive Elite member is treated, I can’t imagine how regular customers are treated. I’ve been loyal to this location for years, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing my business here. Clear communication and respectful treatment should be the minimum standard.

    For reference, I rented this vehicle from GSP airport from their brand new rental car facility. I am an Emerald Aisle member but I reserved this specific class 2 months ahead through my company account and cost me $900. The car was not ready when I got there, waited 30 minutes, it was dirty inside, smeared glass and console, with dog hair all through the back, no doubt from the rush wash job. There was a large scratch on the front bumper. One of the tires had been replaced and it didn't match the others. It was also not balanced and shook the entire 10 hr drive to Ohio and back. Lastly, either the prior renter or National used an excessive amount of perfume type odor control (smelled like a middle eastern perfume factory) to the point where it gave me a nauseous headache and I had to ride with the windows down for the first 2 hours and purchase an air neutralizer to help. Please neutralize odors, not cover them up with heavy perfumes. The car had almost 50,000 miles on it and it showed. Very disappointed. The pictures are after I wiped some of the surfaces to attempt cleaning.
