  I’ve been to this shop to get tires a few times now, and they do good reliable work. Jed in particular was very sociable and understanding, and took great care of me personally. Vito among the other staff were all friendly as well. Will be coming back with future tire needs!

  Really appreciate the service I got here from Vito and Paul. My car has a non-standard size rim,but they were able to give me a number of options to choose from.They went out of the way to give me some options and help me out when I was in a bind. Really great service!

  I brought my vehicles here for alignments and an oil change based on the positive reviews. When I arrived, Belinda and Holly were very stand-offish, and the staff just stared at me instead of greeting or asking how they could help. After getting my truck back (oil change, alignment, and tire rotation), I noticed none of the fluids were topped off and the oil life wasn’t reset. I can do that myself, but I assumed it was standard with service. When I returned for my other car, Canaan told me it was ready for pickup but didn’t mention it was inoperable—my ride had already left. Outside, he and Holly (arms crossed, very defensive) showed me the clutch “wasn’t working.” I had been polite the entire time, so the tone caught me off guard. Canaan then told me the car wasn’t worth fixing and offered to buy it from me since he’d been wanting one. I declined and had it towed home. It turns out it didn’t need a clutch at all—it was the slave cylinder. $20 and 30 minutes fixed it. Overall, the interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m understanding and not someone who complains lightly, but this was a strange experience. I’d recommend looking at other shops before choosing this Mavis location.

  Went here after some front end work to get an alignment and tire rotation. I was one of two people in the whole shop. Waited over an hour for them to even pull my truck into the bay. Alignment seems to have been done well and the price was fair but several days later and I realised that they put my lug nuts on backwards. On EVERY TIRE. We used to take our work trucks here, before they were Mavis, and I am incredibly disappointed with this level of service. I should have checked their work immediately, so I will take some level of responsibility, but this is unacceptable for somewhere that specializes in tires. Incredibly disappointing.

  I cannot put into words how amazing our service was today. Everything from the greeting, check in, explanation of the issue, the mechanic coming out to talk to us, the repair and the ending was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough how truly impressed I was. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you to the entire staff there. We will mostly definitely be back!
