They had excellent customer service. The only things that went wrong was they broke of my parts to my Vehicle that cost around $100-$150. Engine splash/protector for my 2025 Honda HR-V. After my service, I was driving on the highway, and I heard scraping noises along side of the road, and I checked, and the whole protector was completely bent and damaged, and I took it back to Jiffy Lube that was closest to me at the time and they told me they just had to take it off Because they couldn’t fix it.

After about 5 minutes I was handed 2 pieces of paper that had 2 different estimates for new tires. I was told my tires (KO2s) were dry rotted on the inside and I had major suspension issues so they would not be able to do the alignment or rotation and if I didn’t get new tires. I declined to get tires and got the oil change only. I had my doubts about what they had said so I scheduled to get the alignment and rotation at Toyota of Easley on Friday 2/20. Just as I suspected, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my current tires or the suspension system. Be careful and on what they try to upsell you because this would of been over 1000$ for unnecessary services.
