  Couple months ago, lady was very very rude. Today they accepted my booking 8hrs ago, and when arriving told me they don’t have any cars for anyone that booked today. This is the worst Enterprise I’ve ever been to. Two times in a row, these customer service girls suck

  This was my second awesome experience with a vehicle rental through Enterprise at the Greenville SC airport. Reserving the vehicle was a simple swift process. The sales clerk was super friendly and professional upon picking up the vehicle. I’ve had very nice vehicles both times, thank you for that! The information provided was clear and thorough. Returning the vehicle was a simple and pleasant experience as well. The gentleman who assisted me, (Ernie I believe) was also very kind. I will definitely rent here again!

  Excellent service; clean,sound car. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again(I have rented from Norfolk,Raleigh/Durham,Albany and Greenville/Spartanburg—all excellent)

  Please do not do business with them as I will absolutely never use them again - do NOT rent from them unless you want to be out hundreds of dollars. First, they gave me a vehicle that was meant to be rented for over a week that was driving from SC to GA. About an hour from the airport heading to GA the oil light came on and showed 7% oil life. First red flag Clearly did not do an appropriate inspection of the vehicle beforehand to give to a customer traveling a long distance and for over a week Second, their roadside team was the LEAST helpful and due to it being a Sunday and all the local enterprises in the area being closed, and my location being over 70+ miles away they could not get me a new vehicle locally but had to deliver a new one from Atlanta. I told them if they were ok with me driving and thought the 7% oil life could last me I was fine with keeping the car, instead they pushed for sending a new car using AAA to tow the new car to me and pick up the old car with low oil. Upon delivery of the new car, the tow driver didn’t know he was supposed to take the first vehicle with him so I had to call again to confirm and enterprise was of course little help regarding the logistics. Finally, I have this new car and continue my trip. I later received a claim in the mail about body damage which is shown and is CLEARLY from the ratchet straps used when towed. I will never use them again due to their negligence of inspecting their vehicles prior to renting to customers and then blaming them for damage caused by a tow that could’ve been prevented if they had simply done a pre op inspection.

  I had a very positive experience with recent rental through Enterprise desk at Greenville Airport. I would like to thank Nick especially for his help and excellent customer service in helping adjust my rental - way early in the morning that occurred with unexpected change to mine and my daughter's flights. He made it happen and made such a positive impact that wanted to ensure to send a positive review on the experience and thank him for his help. We will definitely use enterprise again when we travel back to Greenville!
