They picked me up at the repair shop greeting me with a smile, toolk me to the office where I gave them credit information and signed my lease. I was in my way in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful staff in the office. When my truck was repaired, I left the rental vehicle at the repair shop and Enterprise picked it up. My experience with Enterprise was great. If I need a rental vehicle again, I will definitely go back to Enterprise.

An employee picked me and my baby up from a collision repair shop and quickly offered to help me move our car seat and stroller between vehicles. They answered all of my questions knowledgeably and made all information clear. My rental was clean and had no issues while driving. I would definitely recommend.
- AHAlex HummellJan 31, 20261.0zero stars. we've been using this location for years and then we get snubbed. never had an issue renting here before and then all of the sudden, they require extra verification of customers that have rented with this specific location in the past. the staff was RUDE. they said we cussed at them (not the case, just told them that their system is dumb.), they then told us that their office smelled like cannabis after walking in there. the management that worked there before was stellar. the people there now will discriminate and refuse service to anyone in need.
