This is the second time I’ve used this enterprise and the first time went just fine. This time was absolutely horrible. I had issues with the first car they gave me and finally ended up with a new rental after much arguing and frustration. To get protection on the car cost me $25 plus tax A DAY, which added up to $611 for 30 days. I’m not saying they overcharged me or tried to scam me because I’m a young woman, I’m just saying my mother only paid $60 for two weeks with the same policy. Half of the staff at the location don’t seem to know what’s going on at any given point, however I will mention that the manager who runs the place(so sorry I don’t remember her name) is absolutely phenomenal UPDATE- one thing I forgot to mention is that I was told to drive a car with a coolant light consistently flashing and loudly beeping at me. I asked if they could either fix it or get me a different car and they refused to do either. I called my dad to tell him what was going on and he ended up calling up there and what do you know they got me a different car within 30 minutes. I also checked my bank account to find that $611.80 had been taken in full the day I dropped the car off, despite being told when I dropped it off that no more money was going to come out of my account. I called to ask about it and it was blamed on a “miscommunication”. So because of their miscommunication I now don’t have the money to even put gas in my own car. I’m beyond pissed off and will be going to corporate with this
