  Rented at Greenville SC airport and received great customer service with the sign in and return process very easy.

  My flight was arriving near midnight. I worried that I couldn't get my car before the desk closed. After dozens of attempts at getting someone, ANYONE on the phone, I finally got someone at the nation Alamo line. (Apparently, the GSP people do not EVER answer their phone, EVER!) That person assured me that the GSP people had my flight info and would have someone there until 1:59 a.m. to be sure I got my car. I arrived, got my bags, and trudged the half-mile to the rental counter. I found a ghost town. Nobody anywhere. Went out to the garage where the cars were. Not a soul. I yelled loudly in both places, but no one with Alamo was to be found. I tried calling Alamo, finally getting someone who told me they was supposed to be someone there and "just come back tomorrow". WTH??? It is 30 minutes to my hotel, as the airport is quite isolated from town. I trudged the half-mile back to baggage claims. I seemed to be the only person at the entire airport. I found a yellow taxi nearby who drove me to my hotel for the mere sum of about $55!! The next day was Sunday and all of the car rental agencies in town were closed, so my only option was to Uber back to the airport for about $36 and rent a car there. What an utter clown show, and I am out of pocket for about $90 due to the lies of the Alamo agent on the phone. After renting my car, telling the Alamo agent that I would return it on Thursday, I got a message on Tuesday that my return was due on Wednesday! What??? So I had to go online and extend the rental at additional cost. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM ALAMO!!

  Great service at the Greenville Spartanburg Airport Alamo location. Pleasant, professional, and helpful lot attendants was much appreciated. Also, the ability to schedule and pay through the app allowing me to proceed directly to the rental bay thus bypassing the rental desk was an added bonus. Definitely a positive experience which establishes Alamo as one of my top rental choices.

  Great experience from start to finish! Was able to check in and skip the line heading right to the parking lot. An agent was waiting there and when we showed our code we were shown which car was ours. Drop off was just as easy.

  I rented a suv for 3 days , the first night the sub stopped and I had to call for a replacement instead they gave a jump. I was visiting for my brother's memorial in which I missed because Alamo came to replace I told them to pick up the vehicle and was still charged
