He had his phone on the counter talking to his wife/girlfriend and I could hear her very clearly talking and using foul language, because he had it on speaker. Cody spent more time talking to the girl on the phone than he did his customer. While the Manager (Brad) was working under the hood of my vehicle. I know that he clearly heard it, but never said anything to him. And the music that was playing overhead was not appropriate for the customers to hear. The only employee that was helpful was the Hayden. I will not go back nor will I recommend anyone. I had rather pay more for my oil change than have to sit and listen to that. I’m just glad I didn’t have children in the car with me.

Kindness is in short supply these days and I really appreciated how they diagnosed the problem. They were fair and treated me with respect even though they didn't know me at all. Highest recommendation, I will only do business with you going forward.
