I was thrilled to stop at Sud Stop and see that they had an area that I could prep my truck so that it would look sharp when it came out of the wash. Today, I arrived and attempted to pre-wash my truck and found the pre-wash area completely out of order. While they had tubs of water and brushes, hoses were laying all about disconnected or turned off. This was not the first time. When attempting to use the vacuum, I found one of the hoses disconnected at the tube and another hose disconnected at the main line. I had to stretch one hose through the truck to the other side so that I could vacuum. On previous visits, I also found the mat cleaning machine out of order. I mentioned this to the attendant who said “yes, I’ve told them about it” how can a brand new car wash have such poor maintenance!? While the attendants are all polite, it appears nobody is paying attention to the facility itself. Time to go back to the other car washes.

Six months later I notice a deduction from my checking account every month since Feb. I went to Sud Stop to try and get it resolved and explained as to why they were taking money from account. The manager looked up my info and wondered the same thing. Since I haven’t been thru the Sud Stop since that initial visit in Jan. The manager submitted for a refund to corporate office. I got an email from CO stating that they will not refund the money back to my account. They clearly see where I haven’t used their service. Another fella called my phone to speak to me about it and left a VM. I’ve called and texted him back 3x with no return call or text back. This is not good business. Please avoid this car wash at all costs. My next steps is the BBB to report fraud and I will let my bank know as well.
