  I came in looking for a Level 2 EV charger for my electric vehicle and asked one of the employees on the floor for assistance.l( He kept walking and did not answer me ) . So I stood in line near the far right register, and there were two male employees ( the one with the big belly who kept looking at me with an attitude who definitely seen me but DID NOT help ) working who were unable to assist me. The only person who acknowledged me was an older lady on the left side who was already helping another customer. That customer actually tried to help me find the charger, but unfortunately the store did not carry it( only jumpstart electric vehicle kits ) . I understand stores can get busy, but it would have been appreciated if someone could have taken even five minutes to let me know whether the item was available or not. A simple yes or no would have made a difference. Customer service and acknowledgment go a long way.

  I don’t know how long you have to stand on the other side of the counter and wait for somebody to offer help but I guess 15 minutes isn’t long enough.

  If the one you go to doesn't have it, theyll check another store close by if they have it and they'll reserve it.
