  Beware when buying used as-is vehicles from this dealership. Sold us a used Volvo last year that burned oil. We took it back within a month of purchasing and they got us in a much better vehicle. However we lost thousands in this purchase, left with negative equality and an upset stomach. Hugh our salesman was great but could only help us so much. Thankfully it was totaled this month with gap insurance. Get the gap insurance! We will be looking to purchase another vehicle and will not return to Volvo of Greenville.

  I am typically very anxious at a car dealership until yesterday. Walking into Volvo of Greenville seeing an cross and empty tomb display and hearing Christian radio playing gave me some peace. Of course followed by the team's professional, respectful and kindness. I was blown away. Cheryl, our saleswomen was so calming, informative and kind. Absolutely NO haggling back and forth. No pressuring either. The overall process was quick. What a blessing.

  The service department was fantastic. I initially discussed my problems with Matt, he was was extremely kind and caring. He listened to all I had to say and relieved my concerns. Matt is to be commended for the service he provided. I have never felt more comfortable in dealing with a service manager. Thank all who had a hand in providing a memorable experience it was a pleasure doing business with Matt Harris and Volvo Cars Greenville.

  We had an outstanding experience yesterday at Volvo Cars Greenville, part of the Steve White Auto Group, purchasing two XC40s for our daughters. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was professional, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely easy to work with. Buying two vehicles at once could have felt overwhelming, but they made the whole process smooth, organized, and stress-free. Everyone was patient, helpful, and clear throughout the purchase, and we really appreciated how easy they made everything. The professionalism stood out, but so did the friendliness. It felt like they truly cared about making the experience a good one for our family. Even the extra touches made a difference, including the great food from the food truck, which made the day even more enjoyable. We left very grateful and very impressed.
