- SKshanda KennedyMar 26, 20261.0They could have done a better job by speaking to the customer about their vehicle instead of joking amongst each other, and the customer hearing them, talk amongst themselves about her car and not speak to her, as if it was funny I didn’t find their sense of humor funny at all it was very disrespectful and unprofessional, and I would not attend that Valvoline again other than that the oil change itself speaks for itself as far as timing

- DGDevin GoodsonFeb 23, 20261.0So I typically go to the Valvoline on halter road except for when I need my tires rotated because they have no way to do it. So when I need them rotated I ALWAYS go to the one on Pelham road. Went in today for oil change and tire rotation and when they were starting the tire rotation the big white guy (didn’t get his name) asked me where I had them rotated last and I told him I got them done there and he then proceeded to tell me I was lying and that I’ve never had my tires rotated. Told him to look at the carfax and then he claimed he couldn’t look back that far. So I pulled it up myself and he still told me i was lying. He then said they couldn’t do it because my lug nuts are “swollen” and have been for awhile. Keep in mind I just had my one of my tires taken off to get a patch put on it. I honestly believe he just did not want to do his job. I’ve never had an issue before until today and I will most certainly not be returning to the one on Pelham road ever again and he should be fired for arguing with a customer and calling me a liar. And attached I have a screenshot of my carfax proving I have indeed had my tires rotated there.
