  5 start treatment from the beginning to the end! I enjoyed everyone I worked with. The customer service is unmatched! I pray the lady at the front and my tech get a raise! They both were so friendly and explained everything to me with no confusion! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!!!

  I was able to arrange service for the next day! Technician (Jonah) arrived early and had my Transit 350 windshield replaced quickly - without sacrificing precision and details! He even got my EZ Pass on the new wind shield! Highly recommend!

  My technician arrived at the time that he said he would he installed my new windshield in a timely manner and calibrated everything. He made sure to give me aftercare instructions. He even called me when he was done to make sure that I read the text that he sent me with the instructions. I think it’s great that Safelite is very flexible when it comes to scheduling because I’m unavailable anytime during the week, but they made room for me on a Saturday morning. My technician was very patient nice and he manages his time well. I also think that one of my windshield wipers were not installed correctly when I originally got them installed and it seems that he corrected whatever issue the previous person did when they installed it and I appreciate that. I want to be very transparent, the reason I said that the service was a great price is because I didn’t pay anything out of pocket for it. I have full coverage insurance so it was paid for through State Farm, which has been nothing short of awesome since I’ve been a policyholder and I’m looking forward to the same in the future.

  Sloppy “quick fix”. Instead of replacing my windshield the technician fixed the hole and left all the cracks… he said “call geico if you don’t like the work, and we will come back out” why not replace it to begin with instead of doing a sloppy quick job! Do not recommend, we have another glass company replacing the windshield next week!

  when I got a tiny chip in my windshield 2 years ago, I should have had it repaired.....but I didn't, and when it turned cold in January, a crack formed and got bigger. Arranged to get a mobile unit to come to my home(same price, next day appt,PLUS I found a promo code on internet) and Nicholas was very thorough, he found some rust underneath the windshield that I didn't know I had(21 yr old vehicle) and spent some time getting the area clean(outdoor car),scraping the rust, priming and laying down the glue. I'm very pleased! All in, I paid $220 because I didn't want to have an insurance claim for something I can pay out of pocket.
