For the time span of 3 1/2 hours I watched the same clerk continuously sell lottery scratch offs to somebody under the influence of drugs. Did they try to use common sense or moral ethics? Absolutely not. They just continued to give this man scratch offs as he was sitting there on drugs sweating profusely, eyes dilated, grinding his teeth. At one point his wife showed up and tried to stop it from happening, but the clerk kept given the man lottery tickets. Amazing how people here don’t try to follow any type of good judgement.
