  Great service and a team that clearly cares about doing right by the customer. I came in with a fuel pump issue and they went above and beyond by replacing the gas tank at no charge, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the turnaround time. They were very busy, so the repair took longer than expected. That said, the quality of the work and how they handled the situation made it worth the wait.

  This company is one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. It all started when my PSI light came on in my car on New Year's Eve ,@ 1:15pm and they were closing at two. Thankfully, it happened only 1 mile from them. They thoroughly checked ALL FOUR tires without me having to ask. It turned out being pressure loss from the cold whether snap. They wouldn't allow me to pay them me for their time. I have use Poinsett Tire in the past, but now they are my favorite company to deal with.

  Over the course of my lifetime, I have frequently told myself that I needed to go to a mechanics school so that I could hang in a conversation about what work my car may or may not need. Since I found Poinsett Tire and Automotive, I no longer feel like I need to protect myself against mechanics looking for ways to charge me more money. These guys are TOP NOTCH, trust worthy, and do everything they can to please their customers. If you haven't already, give these guys a try! I'm confident that they will earn your business!
