  Robert at Mavis Tire was fantastic. I came in with a valve stem issue and was honestly expecting to be there a while, but he had me taken care of in under five minutes. Super efficient, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s rare to get service that fast without feeling rushed, but Robert nailed it. Highly recommend asking for him if you need anything done right and done quickly.

  I had a nail in my tire and got in same day. Waited 30 minutes they fixed it. The customer service of the two front desk. People was very kind, patient and understanding. They delivered great customer service. I will go back there instead of going to the dealer.

  I brought my car in there with a flat and they put a tire on. I get back in my car and the warning lights are all on cycling through. They denied they did anything and I was frustrated. Later on I hear a scraping so I check it out. THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRE ON MY CAR! That could have messed stuff up if i had not caught it quickly. I'm a delivery driver so I had to sit out the rest of the night because I couldnt drive it with the wrong tire bc it could screw up stuff! Cost me money and time. They replaced it when I brought it in, but funny how they were quick to deny they did anything wrong when I told them all my warning lights were on.

  Excellent service and professional staff. I was working and on the way to my next call…tire light came on. I pulled over and had run over a nail. I arrived at my destination and saw Mavis Tires & Brakes on Chalmers Road. I was greeted by Greg who told me they could repair. I appreciate the courtesy and how quickly my repair was done so I could be on my way. Thanks Greg and staff. I highly recommend this location!
