- CCcherry86ist6 days ago1.0Went in because my car was overheating so they said it was my radiator. They changed the radiator gave me new hoses and other things I didn't ask for and my car still overheating. I was told to just drive it because the gage would go down. The radiator reservoir cap popped off and antifreeze is everywhere again. My car about to go to another shop, so this was my first and last experience at this jiffy lube.

- KRKylie RoddyMar 23, 20265.0This is by far the most honest shop I’ve ever been too, they inspected my car and quoted me on repairs when I came to them for a second opinion they told reassured me and were way cheaper than the other place, devinlee was so down to earth and a great manager! He treated me with respect, so did the crew who inspected it. Love you guys I will be back. Shops like this give me faith considering other mechanic shops just rip women like me off, not this place.
- KCKristin CunninghamMar 21, 20263.0Went for oil change, when I looked at my receipt it listed an Engine Treatment for $29.99 that I wasn’t made aware of, could’ve been because of high mileage, but no one explained the charge to me. Staff was friendly. Actual oil change went fairly quick, but then the staff had no idea how to reset the oil life on my car. It took almost as long to reset my oil light as it did to do the actual oil change, ended up having to get out of my car and go wait inside, kind of defeated the purpose of staying in my car during the oil change.

I had a high mileage oil additive on my front car seat that did not get used....upon further review, and after being contacted by Devin who offered a free oil change to change my mind, I have raised my rating to 3 stars. I usually have a good experience with jiffy lube, but not this time. I will return, because I had purchased a 3 pack oil change package and I have one of those left. And now I have another free change coming. We'll see how it goes. I do recommend them, but they are always upselling. Bring your own filters and additives and make sure they use them.
