  Great experience all around. I called this morning with a unique situation. Have a 26ft boat that needed new trailer tires. The team here had me pull the boat right up to the shop and they had me in and out within an hour. Exceptional customer service!! Thank you

  Got a flat tire on I-85 and was able to limp to Goodyear. Keith took pity on us old folks and was able to patch the hole even though it was big. We were back on the road a little over an hour later. The management and techs were very cordial and polite. What a breath of fresh air! We will be forever indebted to the entire team.

  Got a flat tire during a road trip. We asked if they could possibly repair it since we didnt have time to wait for them to order the tire for us. Donald came out and looked at our tire and was able to get it repaired! They were done so quickly despite how busy they were, and Rafay even reinstalled the tire for us and helped us put away the donut! He then went out of his way to check the rest of our tires and fill them with air. ALL FOR FREE! Everyone we interacted with was so professional and kind! So glad I came here for help with my tire!

  Keith always takes the best care of me and my cars! I have taken my vehicles to Goodyear for years now and it’s all because of this! Haywood Rd and now Milestone. Thank you Keith for always going above and beyond in customer service!! I must also add Jeremy to this as well! Thank you both!
