  Terrible customer service I would never bring any vehicle here between the misleading communications the mess they left in my car when I picked it up and the items in my car that were broken by them I will never bring another vehicle here.

  DO NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, take your car to Gerber collision on Feaster Rd. If you are a USAA customer, refuse to take your car there. They have been absolutely terrible to work with. My car was in an accident and rendered undriveable. They “fixed” my vehicle, only doing cosmetic/body work. They were supposed to, and confirmed several times, they checked my vehicle for mechanical damage (frame/axle/suspension/etc). 6 months later, my axle is completely bent and had to replace the entire axle. The new GM, Randy, was helpful at first getting the vehicle fixed. He has not helped whatsoever in getting any kind of proof Gerber actually checked/fixed any of the mechanics of the vehicle. I raised my concerns and was told “that’s not my problem, I wasn’t here”. This is absolutely terrible customer service, you work for GERBER, and it is and will continue to be your problem. I’ve driven kids, friends, etc in a car that has potentially been compromised for months due to GERBER’s inability to handle basic stuff. Do not take your vehicle here if you care for your and your family’s safety.

  I gave them my car in good condition and they returned it to me all broken with a sound in the car, the radiator exploded. among many other things and there is a screw missing 🔩 in my car and my car is new 2024 it is not easy and the plastic is opening because there is a screw missing you are making me go to the hospital 🏥 because you are driving me crazy from stress because of you. Tomorrow I'm going to call my State Farm insurance to tell them how badly they did it to my car. The car is missing a screw.

  I can’t believe I’m waiting 2 WHOLE months and counting for my car to be fixed. Every time I called, they keep pushing the date back for completion. I’ve been with them before and they did amazing but now, it’s like a whole different company. It’s hard to be without my car since I need it for work, and they DONT KEEP YOU UPDATED AT ALL!!!! I’m NEVER coming here again. You’ve lost my trust entirely!!!!! Update: also, the top of my car is missing a couple bolts and they left TRASH in my car. I had no gas in my car and barely made it to the Spinx up the street when I got it. Yup, never EVER again.
