  I had a great experience with the service team at Volvo Cars Greenville. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They clearly explained what my car needed and completed the service in a timely manner. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything felt.   Matt, my service advisor, was extremely helpful with helping me resolve the issues I was having with my xc90. He informed me of the best possible steps and solutions to resolve my issues with zero pressure to proceed. From the moment I walked in their office I was great and treated with nothing but welcoming kindness.

  The excellent customer service made me feel truly welcomed on my first visit. They paid close attention to detail, especially regarding my vehicle needs, and the team at Volvo was simply fantastic. Matt is awesome he really took good care of me. I highly recommend Volvo Greenville to everyone — they are absolutely awesome! The customer service here is exceptional. I've finally found my go-to Volvo dealership.

  I dropped my car off Thursday at 8:30am for regular routine service. I didn’t get a notification until 12:30pm that they actually pulled it back to start the inspection. I get a report back relatively fast and decline a few recommendations and opt for an oil change and wiper blade change. I don’t get an update on the repair so I call them at 2:50pm since I have to pick my child up from school by 3. I uber to the shop at 3 and the service still isn’t complete. They don’t finish the repair until 3:20pm. I sign off on the repair bill for $391 only to see that my card was charged $534. I understand mistakes happen so I call back the following Monday to have the issue corrected no answer, it was a little later in the day so I understand. I call back Tuesday, still no answer so I leave a a voicemail for the guy that helped me while at the dealership no returned call. I wasn’t upset about this issue until now calling again and still no answer and no response. Not for the mistake (because we all make them) but the lack of accountability and respect for your customers.
