    They didn’t have my filter in stock for my 2024 Kia Carnival. They ordered it and had it in that same day and got my oil changed very quickly

    I was very disappointed about the service I received or lack of no 18 point maintenance check done and I had to reset my own oil change reminder and I had to stop as I was heading out of the shop to ask for my receipt

    Techs insisted semi synthetic oil was what was recommended for my truck and said that was the most inexpensive grade they would put in. Why should I argue about these things. Next oil change I will simply go to the place across the street for conventional oil and save $30. Hope the extra money helps valvoline because they will need it, I wont ever go back, Ill change it myself before I do that.
