Sometimes you just know when to trust someone. These two guys are great. One less thing for me to worry about.

I’ve never been a fan of express oil Change spots…but due to the nature of my profession as an outside salesperson, it’s just convenient for me. I learned about SB about two years ago and I’ve been rocking with them ever since. Being that they’re franchised, they normally have a shop in a city near me. Today on 10/29/2025 I went to the Greenville, Sc location on Wade Hampton. As it turned out, my oil was still in good shape and they advised me that I was likely still good for another 1000 miles. I really appreciated the honesty. And that’s just one of the reason I give these guys 5 stars.
- RRRobOct 25, 20251.0I had already experienced a problem here in the past when they didn’t put my engine air filter back on correctly. That resulted in the filter being sucked into the intake and me having to go to the dealer to have it removed and replaced. All at my expense. I decided to give them another chance and this trip, while not as bad as the first, was still disappointing. On my invoice, they say that they checked my exterior lighting, cabin air filter, tire pressure, wiper blades and added windshield washer fluid. But they didn’t do any of that. Yes, all of those things are easy enough to do at home, but the problem is that they claimed to have done them even though they did not. That makes me question if they even did the oil change that I was charged for or if I was ripped off in that process as well. I don’t think that this place is worth it. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
