Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting room is cozy and had a comfortable seat while I waited.

I have taken my car here and in less than a month they have charged me and warranty company over $1700.00. The second time I was told I needed an oxygen sensor . When picked the car up half way down the road the engine light came back on Car was isilibg very high and I could have smelled gas this was all going after my oxygen sensor was changed . They said bring it back and we look at it I took the cars back and they had it back there for two hours . I walked outside and asked what was taking so long . I went back in the guy that was working in my car literally up a cigarette like he was very worry over there huffy and puffy the cigarette while talking to his boss and the girl and him with there back to me were whisper . He came back and said can I drive your car . I said yes. Car was running fine other the car idling high . He drove the car came back and said the car cut off and he like to never got the car back on. He said can I keep the car . I said no hay did you do to my car and he I just drive it . Well we had words because of my car was running just find beside it being idle up and smelling which came from when they change my oxygen sensor . He told me to get my car off their lot they are not working on my car . I was scared to drive the car because it would not even stay running at all. The car in the office before all this happened kept asking do you still have your warranty and after all this happened she called my warranty without. My permission . The man I think his name is Michael he was so nervous after he did whatever to it . Then he was rude telling me to get the car off their lot . I called the owner at there Mauldin location he was no help either he was already aware of the problem when I talked to him. They always will say something with your car just to get money from you . After he messed up my car they had the. Nerve to give me a estimate for over 800.00 . I would advise anyone especially a woman do not take your car there . Iam sure they are gonna to tell a lie about what I wrote just like anyone else who has negative experience with this shop they have this one in Greenville and one in Mauldin take to a reputable auto repair shop .Just waiting for their and nasty response like they have said to everyone who leaves a bad review. Truth hurts . Only if you have a heart .

I used to be a loyal customer of Greenville Auto Repair until April 2017 when it was sold to Jeremy Sarks of Sarks Automotive. I trusted Steve Krumins and Connie Crowe implicitly to always be honest and fair and treat my car as their own. When Steve passed away in September of last year it left a big hole and when Connie left the shop I stayed because I thought she was coming back. But then when the shop was sold in April I moved all of my business down the street. So please understand that all reviews before April 2017 are based on Steve and Connie, NOT Jeremy Sarks.
