Was 5 stars previously. $20 part, $10 shipping, so not worth going back and making a fuss and I just bought from Ford and snapped new one on. Cover does require some pressure to reinstall at the right angle, so I can see a first timer snapping off the inside hooks. I just hate to see the black gasketing - just tell me dude. No response to my texts of photos. Im not a "person looked at me funny - 1 star!!!" guy, so just deducted a star. I'd use them again. Original review still stands: Tried working with my dealer first - took 3 weeks! Went to Safelite through Progressive and it was scheduled in 5 minutes. I was concerned since it was a Bronco hinged back window with hinges, washer, wiper, defroster, handle, struts, and gasketing. It was no big deal to Safelite and done in 2 hours. Email and text reminders were sent, and they called to let me know Ford delivery was late and rescheduled for the next day, so I didn't waste a day. The person who did the work called afterwards to let me know. Clean shop.
