- JBJohnathan BryantAug 30, 20251.0After having trouble scanning my id to open the beer fridge on the 8th try I asked Layla b to help assist me… she did reluctantly and after I selected my beer and my 16 yr old son gave me his soft drink she informed me that she needed mine and my sons id???? For what reason? She had already seen my id? The beer was clearly mine! After I question her motive she said she was calling the police and started taking photos of me on her personal phone… never will return here! Disgusting customer service which other patrons witnessed and were equally disgusted by.
- TTThomasAug 7, 20255.0I visit QT at least once a day. Great coffee. I believe QT trains their employees to respect customers. If you sign up for the app and a program called QT pay, you’ll get discounted prices. I rarely buy gas at this location cause the Wade Hampton location is cheaper. Today it’s .20/gal less. Doesn’t make sense to me but enough of a difference for me to travel there. Overall great company.

I ordered one yesterday and I wasn’t even able to finish it cause when I took one bite into the cone there was that piece of paper that wraps around the outside of the cone on the INSIDE of the cone. I messaged them on Facebook with the verified mark and they said go in and they’ll give me a free one. I went in and they’ll manager was making such a fuss over this thing. Saying well there’s lots of impromptu account out there and bluh bluh bluh he didn’t even seem a bit concerned that there was a litteral paper label inside the cone that I could’ve eaten. I just walked outta there cause he just didn’t give a crap. And here’s the photo proof I showed him
