QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. I have high expectations for QuikTrip, as they are usually the gold standard for customer service and cleanliness. However, this downtown location is a disappointment. A business cannot maintain a gold standard while allowing its facilities to be treated like a shelter. The restrooms were unclean, smelled of excrement, and the sinks had clearly being used for bathing, leaving the area a mess and lacking supplies. Between the state of the facilities and the groups loitering both inside and directly outside the doors, the environment felt unsafe for paying customers. QT needs to decide if they are providing a quality service or operating a shelter, because you cannot do both. I will not be back. I would advise to keep driving and plan to stop somewhere else.
