  Love this mechanic and shop! Been bringing our cars here for 7 years and won’t use anyone else. They have taken excellent care of our vehicles! Definitely recommend!!

  Okay so the day before I had tire issues I call them that same day set up an appointment for the next day at 10am. I proceed to arrive the next day at 10am had my tires there and everything. I talk to the person at the front desk (some younger guy) he was nice no problems at all, he told me they were a little backed up and it wouldn't be done until the afternoon. I was understandble like I get a busy day, I gave him my phone number to make sure he could call me whenever they were almost done or done with it. I wait till about lunch time and check my phone and no call so I'm like okay they said the afternoon. I wait till I'm done doing stuff until about 3 o'clock and I called the shop and I believe who I think is the manager James, he tells me to wait about 45 minutes and it should be done. I got food and headed that way and got there a little bit earlier incase they were done earlier. I get there... James proceeds to tell me that I have to wait another 45 minutes and I'm like ok... SO I wait another 45 minutes. I show back up at 5:30 and 5 o'clock is there closing time, so I'm like okay they're staying later okay. I get there, tell me why James was locking the door after staring me and my driver down. I get to the side door expecting someone to at least know something, but no one did. James eventually came around the corner telling me to wait 10 more minutes. It is almost 6 o'clock and they finally get my tires on and an alignment. I asked James if I could get a discount and he argued that his workers were staying later just for me (yet I literally brought my car in at 10am and they could've already been done with it). So in all honesty they're nice but they genuienly lie to you. I've never had worst service in my life. I could've taken my car across the street and it wouldve been done in an hour or two, instead of 8. They did do a good job on putting my wheels and tires on and the alignment but some of the workers there don't even know how to just a jack... Anyways don't bother going here I'm not the type of person to complain about something but this is outrageous. Save your time, money, and breath, don't support a company that doesn't care about YOU.
