- TMToni MaherJul 3, 20191.0Our company was using penske on a regular basis , even though their bills seemed to be getting a lil rediculous. This last tractor they rented us was a new automatic but the previous renters had wrecked it because the whole passenger side had lrg scrapes dwn it the plastic on the backs of the mirror were broken and door would not open sometimes...any how, long story short the guy that checked us out was extremely busy and missed a few things, we went back on to tell him abt the door and the plastic cove over back tandoms being broken. He was helping someone and said he would make a note of it. We get dwn the road and notice the mud flap hanging down in one corner. It falls completely off the next day. We hooked up to a trailer and turn and the air line breaks. We went back to penske with the truck so they could fix these things and we're told we had to foot the bill... WHAT, you knew it was just wrecked before you threw us in it so hurriedly I'd rather spend my companies money taking you to court than paying for anything on that truck, best believe that
