They even pointed out a mechanical issue that I needed to have looked at. I have always had a positive experience at Mavis Tire and would never go anywhere else.

The appointment took almost three hours even though I had an appointment. I made a subsequent appointment to get this corrected today. When I arrived for the second appointment they told me that I would have to make a third appointment to get the alignment corrected. Extremely disappointing customer service. They also were supposed to rotate the tires and failed to do so. I picked this place because of the reviews. Sad to say that my experience was truly terrible.

My vehicle was pulled in immediately and during the service the team kept me informed about the progress and potential issues. When my vehicle was ready, the same eagerness to assist me was still present and the team provided me with a coupon to assist me with the cost for my service. I was very pleased with the Mavis team and the service I received.
