- RJRonald Jones6 days ago1.0Do NOT recommend. I went in today right when they opened at 8 am for a simple tire patch and it took 2 hours. Mind you, the only reason I came in at 8 am was because I showed up the day before and the guy said “right now you would have to wait like an hour, but if you come back in the morning at 8 we can get you in and out.” Then the lady at the front goes, “if you leave us a 5 star review I won’t charge you.”…….I’d rather pay my $30 and tell the truth. Makes no sense to wait 2 hours for a tire patch with only 2 people in front of you.

- JTJarad TurpenNov 4, 20251.0My wife had a nail removed from her tire, and a plug installed. The plug leaked, so we returned to the shop asking for them to check over the repair. We were told “If it still leaks with a plug, you need a new tire”. They did not offer to inspect the plug to ensure it was not an installation issue. With the small size and location of the hole, it did not seem likely that was the case. It seemed they just wanted to charge for the cost of a tire. I bought a cheap $6 tire plug kit from harbor freight, removed their bad plug, and patched it myself. The tire no longer leaks. All of this to say, it’s clear they were more concerned with making a sale than trying to take responsibility for poor install. Very disappointing considering we spent a total of $160 to have the tire patched and a tire pressure sensor installed.
