  Mr. Whitaker! I know you will never read this! But I hope you know and appreciate micheal and Richard in finance. And micheals manager! I bought a 45000 dollar truck this morning. Micheal worked his ass off. Then the tires were bad. Michael went got his manager! He looked at them! And actually said! No sir I agree with you and micheal! Then wrote me a we owe promise to put new tires on it next week. Then I sign the agreement micheal gave me! Went and saw Richard! Super guy! He dropped my rate by a half of point and lowerd my my payment by 60 bucks a mouth! After I signed the agreement! And told me a 800 credit score has perks! He could have just left the agreement as is! I hope you know what you have up there in the honest department sir! You are a lucky man. John Butts

  I was very excited today, March 11 to get my service for my vehicle but I was told that I buy the vehicle from Kevin Whitaker and I told the receptionist lady all my cars that I buy come from here. She let me know oh it’s a Ford we don’t service Ford I said ma’am all my vehicle that I have purchased has been served through Kevin Whitaker, and so she goes back-and-forth with me about she’s not gonna be able to service it so I had to let her know check inside of my Ford. There’s a Kevin Whitaker service sticker in my window to the left if you just look up. I was highly disappointed to know that this is the first time ever this happened with this young lady service technician to know I’ve never been treated like this before that when I was 18 I spent my first $20,000 here and this is the first time I’ve ever been treated like this just for a oil change but when I pull out the bank bag for the money, everything went away we’ll take care. We’ll take good care of you, but I shouldn’t even have to do that. One thing I know about this game you don’t know who has the money. Then my other car I already had getting worked on. I get that out the shop. I just picked it up from Kevin Whitaker. Now I’m on the side of the road as we speak now

  Purchased a nicely used 23 F150 XLT in March. Nate Parker called me at 8:30 AM after I submitted an inquiry at 7:30 AM. I scheduled a test drive that day, Nate had the truck pulled out in front for me, and a quick 3 hours later I drove off in my new truck. I was signing papers almost before I could get my insurance updated. Easiest purchasing experience ever! l'll definitely check Whitakers next time i'm shopping.

  In May of 2024 I had a recall on my 2021 Trailblazer. After the visit to the dealership to confirm the code I was told the part was on back order & I would be contacted when the part comes in. I called NUMEROUS times & I was told NUMEROUS times, “we will call you when the part comes in.” NO CALL! In February of 2026 I called YET AGAIN! After the repair was made, I was told by the service department that the part has been in stock yet NO ONE EVER CALLED & NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE DELAY! Having a check engine light on for 19 months is pure negligence!!!

  In December 2025, I traded in my truck for a new Chevy Silverado 3500HD. This is at least my 3rd truck that I buy from this dealership, because they are always so accommodating and willing to make a great deal for both parties. Their salesmen, managers, and accounting managers are always such a pleasure to work with. This time, I worked with the salesman, Myles Daniels. He continued the trend that I experienced in the past. He was very pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. Myles advocated on my behalf to his manager and he was more than willing to help me get the best trade-in value as well as the lowest price possible for my new truck. He is an excellent salesman that's not pushy, and he's always professional at all encounters. Overall, I was completely satisfied with this dealership and their staff.
