  Kevin Whitaker was very professional and even with constant interruptions from others, he paid full attention to me in finding me the perfect car! I told him my budget and he ended up finding me a car I love at a price even lower than my budget! I couldn’t be happier with his service and attention and most importantly his nonstop work to keep my budget even below what I could afford! I have never experienced that in my 12 years of leasing with Chevrolet. Outstanding job!

  Welcomed as soon as we arrived.Brad McCray was totally on his game. We appreciate his knowledge and insight.We have been car shopping for nearly a year.This experience has positively been the best. I love my Blazer. I got everything I needed in a vehicle. Everything was smooth and thoroughly explained. Communication was awesome.Brad did everything he said he would.Thanks to Carl too. What a great team you all are at this dealership!

  Service department is horrible. 2024 Tahoe with 15,000 miles. Service said they could not work on it because gm cooperate was having issue with warranty department. So sat there for 2 days after my appointment without as much as looking at the issue. This is the 3rd time it has been there for the same driver side mirror issue. I called them 3 times yesterday and no one will call me back. All I get is a text. Same problem today. I am told my advisor Wayne is with a customer and he will call me back. Still has not. I call to try and speak with someone and all I get is a short text. The technician hopes to have a diagnosis soon. When you call some one to speak to them you do not text back. You call them. Extremely unprofessional that the only form of communication that I can possibly get is a text. Not to mention get my car fixed after sitting there the entire week.

  Service department is the worst I've experienced in 40 years. They deserve Zero stars! I made an appointment to drop my truck off for a check engine light. The Silverado is two years old with 18,000 miles on it, well within warranty. They said give them 48 hours for the technician to figure it out. I call 4 DAYS later, no response. I get a text from Wayne at the end of the day to say a technician might get to it the following week. There's no "sorry", no "I apologize", nothing! 8 days later I text Wayne, since he doesn't like to call, and he says he does not know when a technician will get to it. I let him know 8 days ago I made an APPOINTMENT for a technician to look at my truck. I did NOT make an APPOINTMENT just to drop my truck off!!! When you make an appointment, you should be able to expect a technician to see your truck when they ask you to bring it in. I could have been using my truck during this whole time of waiting. Wayne then says he can put me in a rental car. He did not offer a car when I dropped it off. He waited 8 days before he offered. I tell him I am 6foot 8inches tall and do not fit in most cars, I would need a truck or similar size vehicle. He TEXTS back, we only have cars. Still no "I'm sorry for the wait", "I apologize for the trouble", nothing! What kind of customer service is this??? Bottom line, if you take your vehicle to this service department, you have NO IDEA when or if you'll get your vehicle back to you repaired. And expect to be treated as a number, not a person.
