    Horrid. I had left a redbull on my center console. The tech had knocked it over spilling the entire thing in my car and didn't even try to clean it up. They noticed it happened and threw the can away. I understand that I had placed it in a precarious spot but it was nicked over by whoever moved the truck. After spending $1,594 on repairs I get my truck back and the entire cupholders are full of redbull and the entire floorboard is covered now in a sticky mess. I would think if you spilled a drink in someone's truck you would clean it up but no that was not the case. Again I do assume some responsibility for having the can not in a cup holder. But the fact is they spilled it left the mess and I get in after spending almost $1,600 to a sticky disgusting mess.

    First of all a negative. The first service person basically told me to come het my car after 32 hours and never told me what was going on or tried to help me. I took a stab and called Mark Carroll in Sales and he immediately transferred me to Alvin Krankowsky. He explained things to do very clearly and saved the day. Rhonda has always been a 10 as well as Amanda helping to do Kurt, non helpful, I do no care attitudes never. win. the owners should congradulate Amanda, Rhonda, and particularly Mark and Alvin

    Brad was very professional from beginning to end. While we experienced dishonesty and deceit from another dealer, Brad from Kevin Whitaker was honest and upfront from the start. We so appreciate that. His knowledge of auto sales was evident in his performance. Everyone at the dealer was super nice and truly appreciated our business. I would highly recommend you visit them for your next car purchase or service. You will not be disappointed.

    Everything except signing of documents was taken care of over the phone! Truck was prepped & ready when I arrived. Although they closed early for holiday hrs, we arrived with 30 minutes before closing & they were extremely accommodating! Brad McCrary (salesman) & Richard Baker (Finance) stayed until long after closing hrs. To completion of sale & Brad even after to give me lessons on how to utilize the features of my truck. CLASS ACT! Thank you Brad & Richard!

    Don't buy a Corvette from this establishment. I called, talked to a sales associate, made arrangements then took the two hour drive. I get there and they were doing well until I made up my mind on which one I wanted and asked to test drive the car. They began the drama. First, they dont allow test drives on Corvettes so I told them I am not paying a lot of money for a car I cant drive fully insured. They went to talk to "Steve" (used car manager) and I was leaving as I came out of the bathroom headed to the exit the salesman (who done a great job in this situation as he could) came to me and said Steve said I could drive it but first had to be approved for the loan. I told him I was buying the car outright and didn't need the loan, I had cash but wasn't interested. As I am getting in my truck Jeff (sales manager) came to the parking lot and said we could drive the car. Roller coaster of rules. Funny how the whole thing changed when I didn't need their loan. By this time I was over it and my wife said she never felt so disrespected in her life. I called a friend of mine and he said they done the same thing to his buddy and his buddy fell for it and the car immediately had a clunk then in three days the torque tube had to be replaced. The car I picked out I wanted bad and was going to buy it but I am pleased I walked away. I had driven 4 others the same day with not a second of hesitation from the dealership.
