  Hoy en día es muy difícil encontrar personas que aman su profesión, y lo pude detectar desde que entré al lugar, desde la amabilidad para preguntar el que necesita , como para buscar y ayudar con el problema, un buen equipo y buen ambiente, me gusta que me den la confianza de preguntar cualquier duda respecto a mi auto, trabajadores felices, clientes felices….

  The young woman who helped me at the Poinsett Hwy location was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She is an asset to your organization. The service was well explained and completed very quickly. Highly recommend this location!

  Heartbreaking Experience – Complete Failure in Service and Compassion I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn’t start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother’s funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me—both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

  Speaks to you loudly in front of every other customer about what’s wrong with your car. Maybe to peer pressure you into paying them to fix whatever problems they think you have with your car. Also prices are very High went to get an oil change and brakes changed on Veterans Day the brake change with the oil change would have totaled out at 529 dollars. That was with an already 50% discount on the oil change which was 120 originally but went down to 78 dollars. Two ways you can improve your service. Give the customer a choice if they want to know everything wrong with their vehicle or just do it more privately. Don’t try to sell things to people without giving a rough estimate before hand you’re wasting their time. I was recommended rotors I had to ask the price if I didn’t I would have had more time wasted because it was 399 dollars as a rough estimate. Same with the brakes waited an hour for them to finally give me the price. Funny thing is brakes are only 40 something dollars at advance auto parts and to put them in doesn’t take an hour of work. Just came for the convenience but ended up with more wasted time.

  I didn’t have a good experience. They rotated my tires and stripped 3 lug nuts. They put an x on them and told me I needed to get them fixed. She told me my check engine was on when it was not. Also, told me I had no engine filter in the car. I told her everything was replaced by them last time. I will not use them again. I have lost all trust in Jiffy lube. Also, you should give me money to fix my luv nuts that they broke.
