- PSPaula SchmietendorfFeb 27, 20262.0After oil was changed, I was told that there was no oil on the dipstick - But they did not show me. There was oil in the vehicle so they did not read the dipstick properly (as I had checked the oil prior to bringing it). I was charged $5 for them to add coolant – which they did not do. I was watching them. They must have Opened the passenger door and a water bottle fell out and instead of telling me that it broke, they threw it back on the seat and water leaked all over the passenger seat.

Overall it was a pricier than I expected, I was also surprised by the price of the air intake and cabin filters, but I chose to get them replaced anyway for convenience. I did go with full synthetic oil and I realize that’s more expensive in general. For the price it would’ve been nice if they had vacuumed the interior like some other places do. I know that’s being nitpicky, and I want to end by saying that the service was great, I’m happy with the work that was done and the convenience definitely holds value to me.

While talking about what was going on in the car he was trying to get me to guess why my car had a light on in the dash, almost trying to make me feel stupid. He was mumbling the whole time which made the process difficult. I was going to come back at a later time for my breaks but I’m not sure I’ll be back.
