I'm a believer of "If you say what you will/would do, then do what you said". Very recently an employee couldn't provide an answer (which is perfectly fine). He said that he would call me once he spoke with the manager and took down my contact info. It has been over a week and still no contact from the business. I decided to go elsewhere to solve the issue. Even if they couldn't complete my request, a phone call would've been great. Not very professional in my opinion.

They worked me into their schedule, took care of everything quickly, and were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Super nice people — I really appreciate the great service!
