Nick and Jeff weren’t able to get the spare off because I needed a key from the jack. They actually went a step further do me and gave an older tire that would work for free. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

I worked with the employee at the store on Monday who assured me my tires would be delivered next day, but I scheduled my appointment for Wednesday at 11a to add a buffer. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told it would be a little over an hour for the work to be completed. After waiting about 10 minutes I was told by one of the employees that the tires never arrived. I asked if this wasn’t something they would’ve checked prior to my scheduled appointment to which they responded “this doesn’t normally happen”. Seems odd for a tire company whose main offering is tires wouldn’t check this very vital part of the process prior to me arriving. Please use caution if you decide to use this company. Also, doublecheck the prices they quote you, as I went to the Ford dealership after the failed attempt with this location and was quoted substantially less per tire for the same exact tire. If they can’t get simple things like tire orders right I’d be very concerned with the level of work they provide.

The customer service is exceptional—everyone is friendly, honest, and willing to explain what’s going on with your vehicle. Management runs things smoothly and makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a shop you can fully trust, but this one has earned it. Highly recommend! Talk to Jeff, he will take of you and your vehicle.
