  Jeff and the team at Goodyear has taken care of me for years from the Wade Hampton location and now here on Haywood Rd. The customer service, professionalism and care that has been a staple of what I’m use to when caring for my cars is phenomenal.   I had to have my front roters replaced and I went on Yeah Greenville site and just so happened Nick service manager saw my auto repair need and he assured me that he could get it fixed with in the morning time frame. And he did also he pointed out that by the front roters being bad it wore down the pads also. And I did need an oil change and wiper blades. I was able to get everything taken care of for around $350.00 I am very happy 😊

  This location will scam you with used parts. I got all my rotors replaced and found out they replaced my old rotors with used ones, broke a brake wear sensor, and ended up having to replace a CV joint after the broken sensor tore the CV boot. Do not go here. Terrible location.

  Beware! They will use scare tactics and pressure to get you to agree to services that aren't needed. This place will take advantage of you. They are incentivized to upsell. don't trust them, get a second opinion, or just google the crap they're trying to sell you. or best yet, don't go here. Read the other bad reviews!! We were out of the country when my retired mother in-law on a fixed income took the Subaru that her daughter just gave her in for an oil change and they convinced here that she needed new front brakes "because they are metal on metal" (NOT TRUE - the brakes were just inspected by Subaru dealership and when I asked the salesman Nic how worn they were in Millimeters he conveniently couldn't find the techs notes). The front brakes were $570. Then they told her that she needed a new serpentine belt (also NOT TRUE - the belt was just inspected by Subaru dealership and was fine) and when she said that she wanted to wait a week the told her that it was "too dangerous to drive". That was $62. They also convinced her that the Cabin Air filter needed to be replaced (also NOT TRUE - I just replaced it less that 1000miles ago) another $52. The icing on the cake is the Valvoline Ventilation Cleaning Service for $110 - Its a spray can of cleaner / deodorizer spayed into the filter compartment when changing the cabin air filter. it's a $20 can of spray cleaner that they charged $36 for and then $74 for labor - FOR A SPRAY CAN ! All total the $115 oil change exploded into a $972 bill.
