- JTJordan ThompsonNov 12, 20251.0DO NOT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, take your car to Gerber collision on Feaster Rd. If you are a USAA customer, refuse to take your car there. They have been absolutely terrible to work with. My car was in an accident and rendered undriveable. They “fixed” my vehicle, only doing cosmetic/body work. They were supposed to, and confirmed several times, they checked my vehicle for mechanical damage (frame/axle/suspension/etc). 6 months later, my axle is completely bent and had to replace the entire axle. The new GM, Randy, was helpful at first getting the vehicle fixed. He has not helped whatsoever in getting any kind of proof Gerber actually checked/fixed any of the mechanics of the vehicle. I raised my concerns and was told “that’s not my problem, I wasn’t here”. This is absolutely terrible customer service, you work for GERBER, and it is and will continue to be your problem. I’ve driven kids, friends, etc in a car that has potentially been compromised for months due to GERBER’s inability to handle basic stuff. Do not take your vehicle here if you care for your and your family’s safety.

He’s one of the best general managers I’ve met — very professional, helpful, and kind. I’m really thankful for all his effort and communication throughout the process. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I ever do, I’d definitely come back because of Randy. Highly recommend him — he truly cares about his customers!
